Supervision approach: I try to foster a supportive, collegial environment that values autonomy in learning and structured feedback. My approach combines collaborative goal-setting, clear communication, and regular milestone reviews to guide students in refining their research. Mentoring is a two-way street where I encourage open discourse and welcome alternate views. Higher degree research is hard, and is a journey taken together.
