Research Opportunity: Help us understand why women are underrepresented at the Critical Care Paramedic level

Help us understand why women are underrepresented at the Critical Care Paramedic level in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

How?

If you are or have been a CCP in the last 5 years and identify as a woman, you can participate in a short online questionnaire that will take approximately 15-20 minutes of your time.

We aim to answer the questions:

  • What are the experiences of women who have completed their critical care paramedic training in Aotearoa, New Zealand?
  • What do critical care paramedics perceive are the barriers and enablers for women becoming critical care paramedics in Aotearoa, New Zealand?
