About the team

This role forms part of the Primary Care and Industrial Health portfolio delivering high quality services across remote communities and industrial environments. You will join a senior leadership group that works closely with paramedics, nurses, dentists, doctors, emergency service officers and clinical governance teams to deliver safe, contemporary and scalable services in partnership with government and commercial clients. The environment is collaborative and forward looking with a focus on innovation, workforce development and strong partnerships.


About the role

  • Lead the strategy, direction and operational performance of Paramedicine and Industrial Health across RFDS WA.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary clinical teams, ensuring safe practice, effective governance and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior clinical leaders to design scopes of practice, policies, procedures and training programs.
  • Drive innovation, workforce models, client engagement and continuous improvement to support sustainable growth.

About you

  • Registered Paramedic (AHPRA) with deep experience across diverse clinical, industrial or emergency service settings.
  • Proven senior leadership capability with success in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex service environments.
  • Strong understanding of governance, clinical safety, workforce strategy and operational delivery.
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence at executive level and build high trust internal and external relationships.
  • Experienced operational leader with strong business acumen and a proven ability to deliver high-quality services on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations.
