Authorised Health Immunisers opportunity - RFDS Broken Hill - immediate start


The RFDS is looking for 2 Authorised Health Immunisers for a 4 to 6 week block working at Broken Hill to administer COVID-19 vaccines for local communities.

Paramedics must:

  • be registered
  • have an up to date Vaccine-preventable Diseases record and
  • be able to complete the 4 hour COVID-19 Vaccination training before engagement.

This opportunity is for immediate start and is suitable for registered graduate paramedics.

The immunisers will be employed by RFDS and covered by their PII while undertaking the role. There is accommodation support provided. Paramedics will need to make their own way to Broken Hill (there are Rex flights).

The College is acting as an intermediary and will be undertaking initial vetting EOIs and passing on to RFDS suitable applicants (who will then undertake their processes). Please do not apply if you do not meet the criteria listed above.
