College launches new Ambassador Program

The College is excited to announce the launch of our Ambassador / Kaimāngai Program.

The Australasian College of Paramedicine Ambassador / Kaimāngai Program has been developed to harness the power of passionate, engaged members who believe in the College and its purpose.

It aims to establish a select group of knowledgeable volunteer representatives who can effectively promote the College throughout Australasia and provide support for our members on the ground in local areas. These ambassadors will undergo thorough training and will be equipped with in-depth knowledge about our initiatives and offerings.

By fostering a network of dedicated individuals, our Ambassador Program aims to strengthen the College's presence, increase awareness of our profession, and attract prospective paramedic students, registered paramedics, and allied health professionals to our organisation. Through their participation in various events, campaigns, and initiatives, ambassadors will help elevate the profile of the College and contribute to its mission of supporting and advancing the paramedicine profession in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

Like the College, ambassadors will work to ensure that paramedics are adequately resourced and supported in their roles, ultimately leading to better patient care and outcomes. They will provide a common link to the College for paramedics to come together, share knowledge and best practices, and advocate for issues that are important to the profession.
