Research Opportunity: Paramedics' workplace stressors, resilience and post-traumatic growth

Calling all Australian paramedics: Please help us to better understand the links between paramedics’ workplace stress, trauma and mental health.

Researchers at Australian Catholic University are seeking Ahpra registered paramedics to participate in a research project investigating the relationship between the post-traumatic stress, resilience and post-traumatic growth of Australian paramedics, and their experience of these. The study aims to identify how paramedics can be best supported to experience positive mental health outcomes in the face of stress at work.
