Research Opportunity: Minds Together

Are you supporting the mental health of a paramedic?

The Minds Together online program provides practical tools and information to help family and friends learn new strategies, strengthen skills and connect with others to assist them in their support roles. Developed by @EverymindAU, the Minds Together program is now openly available and free to use, so every partner, spouse, family member, friend or colleague supporting a paramedic experiencing mental health concerns or suicidal distress in Australia can gain support through the program.

Participants are invited to opt-in to share their insights to help others by participating in a research trial as part of the program, or they can access the program without participating in research.
