Research Opportunity: Menstruation and Hormonal Contraception in the Paramedic Environment (prevalence study)

Researchers at the University of Southern Queensland are looking for women who worked in the paramedic environment when they are/were menstruating, and/or taking hormonal contraception to complete an online survey.

This study is open to operational paramedics, EMTs, communications officers, paramedic educators, paramedic managers/executive staff, patient transport officers, and student paramedics (ambulance service employees or undergraduate degree).

The purpose of this questionnaire is to better understand the menstrual cycle, and hormonal contraception as a means to control menstruation, and any impacts on female paramedics/patient transport officers/student paramedics/communications officers, when menstruating and carrying out their duties/clinical placement in the paramedic environment.
