College Annual General Meeting 2025 Board election


The College's 2025 Annual General Meeting was held on Monday 3 November.


Reports were provided on the 2024-25 financial year from the College Chair, Ryan Lovett; Audit and Risk Committee Chair, Angus Armour; and CEO, John Bruning. Members were provided the opportunity to ask questions of the Board and management.

Members confirmed the re-appointment of Angus Armour as an Appointed Director for a three-year term.


Members elected Kathryn Eastwood, FACPara, as an elected Director for a three-year term.

Members re-elected Marty Nichols, FACPara, as an elected Director for a three-year term.


Chair Ryan Lovett thanked outgoing Director, Simone Haigh, ASM, FACPara, for her oustanding contribution over many years as an elected Director of the Australasian College of Paramedicine, and to the profession more widely.
