On the 25-26 May 2023, medical professionals, critical care practitioners and those with an interest in complex patient care will converge on Tweed Heads for the Australasian College of Paramedicine’s inaugural Critical Care Summit.
Over two days we will present content that is engaging and relevant to not only critical care practitioners, but also to anyone who is interested in complex patient care.
We encourage you to take a look at what's on offer at this new event on our conference calendar. Replacing our long-running Trauma on the Border conference, the Critical Care Summit, with the theme of ‘Contemporary care through collaboration’, is structured to provide targeted educational content that focuses on fostering collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and person-centred care.
Our charismatic keynote speaker Sanj Fernando will talk about his vast experience in the emergency field, and alongside a panel of experts will ensure this an event that is not to be missed.
Join us in Tweed Heads later this month and experience our paediatric masterclass, ethical critical care, patient journeys from pre-hospital to the in-hospital setting, adapting to challenges in critical care, the art of low-fidelity simulation and more.
The Critical Care Summit is open to everyone involved in paramedicine or emergency medical care, and with Tweed Heads as the setting, and discount accommodation available, this is the perfect event to learn, network, and gain some CPD hours.
We extend our thanks to our event sponsors Charles Sturt University, Edith Cowan University, Monash University, and trade sponsors Diagnostica Stago and ZOLL Medical.
