ACP International Conference: Keynote speakers announced


The College is pleased to announce that Adjunct A/Prof John Adie The Australian Convenor RNZCUC, Adjunct A/Prof Alan Eade Chief Paramedic Officer of Victoria and Dr Mya Cubitt Emergency Physician, will deliver presentations at the ACP International Conference (ACPIC 2022) next month in Brisbane, with Dr Ben Meadley Adjunct Senior Lecturer, Monash University as Master of Ceremonies.

This three-day international conference is the only event dedicated to paramedicine in Australasia and the event theme ‘Embracing Strengths. Shaping Futures’ is designed to inspire, educate and engage paramedics from diverse roles. Event organisers have brought together over 50 presenters from six countries to deliver the latest information, ignite topical discussions and present the finest research findings relevant to the paramedic profession.

ACPIC 2022 kicks off on September 14 with a full day of pre-conference workshops where delegates can engage in a range of interactive activities, demonstrations and masterclasses. The official days of the conference (Thursday 15 and Friday 16 Sept) comprise keynote presentations, abstract presentations, ‘Best of the Best’ presentations, panel discussions, hospitality, trade expo and much more.

Delegates are also invited to unwind and enjoy a night out with their peers at the ACPIC 2022 Gala Dinner which will be held at Rydges South Bank on Thursday 15 September. Tickets are still available and can be purchased online.
