2021 was a challenging year for everyone, with the initial response to COVID-19 in early 2020 turning into a year of restrictions that impacted us all. Despite the challenges, it was a successful first full year of operation for the College.
Our success did not come by chance. Good governance and purposeful leadership from the Board; planning, flexibility, and focused application from the Executive team; and consistent effort by staff and volunteers led to a robust performance. We kept our members, and all paramedics, front and centre during the year, and ensured that all that we did was focused on providing support.
It was also a period of considerable growth for the College; growth in paramedic membership, education content, member engagement, and staffing.
Read all the highlights in our 2021 annual report, which showcases the breadth of our efforts, and the work we have done and continue to do to support paramedics and the advancement of the paramedicine profession.
