Get career ready: January Pre-employment Program enrolments open


Enrolments are now open for the College's Pre-Employment Program, designed to help newly graduated and soon-to-graduate students transition confidently from university to the paramedic workforce.


As a precursor to the full Graduate Year of Practice Program, this low-commitment, highly interactive program runs for four weeks and provides support and guidance from experts and professionals in paramedicine.

  • Format: 100% online
  • Bonus: Guaranteed entry into the Grad Start Program
  • Suitable for:
    • Students nearing graduation
    • Recently graduated students entering employment for the first time
    • Those wanting to refresh their skills and learn more about professional paramedic practice

Cost


This program is fully subsidised for full members of the College. (Student members will be asked to upgrade prior to enrolment).


There will be two intakes for the four week programs commencing in January:


  • Tuesday 20 January 2026
  • Thursday 29 January 2026

  • Preparing for your first shift
  • Understanding human factors
  • Recognising and preventing burnout

Delivered online via e-learning modules and pre-recorded sessions, this four-week program will help you launch your paramedicine career with confidence.
