Consultation on the draft NSQHS Standards Guide for Ambulance Health Services

The Australian Commision on Safety and Quality in Health Care has undertaken a body of work to contextualise the NSQHS Standards for ambulance health services.

The aims of the draft NSQHS Standards Guide for Ambulance Health Services are to provide support for ambulance health services implementing the NSQHS Standards.

Public consultation will help to ensure the draft Guide meets the needs of ambulance health services implementing the NSQHS Standards. The Guide will assist organisations providing out-of-hospital care to align patient safety and quality improvements.

Consultation can be done via a short survey or by providing a written submission.

Find out more here. The consultation closes 10 November 2023.
