The Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand is conducting a series of online events on 8 March as part of their first Development Day for 2022.
Themed "Is the grass really greener? The roadmap to re-engagement", the Development Day events explore the current/post-pandemic workplace and some of the defining factors in organisational success – employee engagement and motivation - and will discuss the new ways of working.

• Employee engagement: whose problem is it anyway?
