This webinar is the first in a series focused on exploring continuity of care. Each webinar will examine different aspects of the health care system and how they impact patients.
Presenters will draw from their own expertise, personal experiences, and case studies to paint a picture of how their profession and health care setting influences patient outcome.
Session one will be led by Dr Amanda Burnside who has a wealth of experience ranging from general practice, community healthcare, and virtual care.
