Hosted by Michelle Murphy ASM, our panel of women leaders in the profession discuss their experiences and their journey to where they are today, with wider industry discussion and questions from the audience.
Michelle Murphy is an Intensive Care Paramedic and Group Manager in Ambulance Victoria. She is passionate about pre-hospital care delivery and involves herself with pre-hospital training, education and research. Michelle is currently the Chair for the Australian Resuscitation Council Victorian Branch and Co-chair of the Medical Advisory Board for Life Saving Victoria.
In January 2017 Michelle was awarded the Ambulance Service Medal in the Australia Day Honours for her work in improving survival from Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest. Michelle hopes to continue looking at ways we can support paramedics and other emergency service personnel to deliver the highest level of care to the community.
