Biography:Dr. John Glasheen

John is an emergency doctor with extensive experience in prehospital and retrieval medicine. He works for Queensland Ambulance Service on the High Acuity Response Unit and in the QAS Clinical Hub. He is also retrieval consultant and Assistant Director of Education and Training for LifeFlight Retrieval Medicine. Prior to studying medicine he was a paramedic in Ireland. He has a research background in emergency airway management and is interested in clinical governance and critical care education.
