James Marshall is an ALS paramedic educator currently working on developing clinical practice guidelines for paramedics. He has a particular interest in applying the lessons learned in hospitals to the out-of-hospital and austere environment.

A discussion of the ins and outs of writing practical evidence-based guidelines for paramedics, treating paediatric asthma and corticosteroid therapy.
