Paramedic career pathways 2025

Paramedic career pathways 2025

About

This webinar is presented by Safer Care Victoria’s Chief Paramedic Officer, Dr Louise Reynolds.

Prospective employers, ranging from various organizations such as primary care, non-emergency patient transport and Ambulance Victoria, present on career opportunities within their organizations. There is a series of panel discussions about various roles within their organizations, followed by questions and answers.

You’ll hear first-hand information about the roles and organisations that are seeking to employ newly graduated registered paramedics. You’ll also gain an understanding that may assist you in preparing an application.

Please note that although the presenters are from Victoria, the content may have some application and value to those across all of Australasia.

The College is the peak professional body representing and supporting paramedics and student paramedics across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand since 1973.

The College acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of the land and sea in which we live and work, we recognise their continuing connection to land, sea and culture and pay our respects to Elders past, present and future.

We recognise the unique role of Māori as Tangata Whenua and embrace Te Tiriti o Waitangi, recognising Māori as tino rangatiratanga of Aotearoa New Zealand while supporting the guiding principles of Te Tiriti – Tino rangatiratanga, Equality, Active protection, Options, and Partnership.
