What is a 'Clinical Review' and should I be concerned?

Monica Finnigan is the Director of Clinical Governance and Performance. Andrew Keenan is the Director of Patient Safety and Experience. Together with three of their staff, MICA Paramedics Kate Cantwell, Toby St Clair and Tim Andrews, they will tell you what happens during a clinical review and why clinical reviews are done.

This interactive session will also discuss Best Care at AC, the emphasis on a just culture and give examples of how the learning from clinical reviews lead to practice change.
