Chief Inspector Brian Parsell is an operational commander with NSW Ambulance working in Western Sydney. Brian has a wealth of experience as an Intensive Care Paramedic and Duty Operations Manager having been tasked to a number of major incidents working as an operational forward commander or as part of the incident management team.
