Workforce Futures
Paramedicine roles are expanding beyond emergency response to include preventative care and chronic disease management, in urgent and primary care settings. The rising demand for paramedics, especially in rural and under-serviced areas, underscores the need for strategic workforce planning and support to leverage paramedic capabilities. There is an intersection where regulation, healthcare settings and frameworks meet, and this session will look at these aspects.
