Turning the tide on resilience – A multidimensional approach

Tara will present a fresh perspective on resilience by focusing on the five core pillars of communal psycho-social health. She will advocate for a shift away from the current emphasis on individual resilience programs, emphasizing the need for a more holistic, multi-dimensional approach. By driving change from the bottom up, top down, outside in, and inside out, Tara will demonstrate how this comprehensive strategy is essential for effectively building both individual and organisational resilience within the paramedic community.
