ACPIC 2022 delivered a wide range of clinical and research sessions from experts and leaders in paramedicine. Hosted in Brisbane (September 2022) the program was designed to inspire, educate and broaden horizons.

Biographies

Sam Ainslie - Sam is a Critical Care Paramedic with the Queensland Ambulance Service. He has been involved in prehospital care and emergency response for over 14 years, has significant experience working in fire/HAZMAT, confined space rescue and USAR environments. Sam is currently based in Townsville QLD and his areas of interest include clinical education, toxicology and motorcycle trauma.

Britt Shaw - Britt is a Paramedic with the New South Wales Ambulance Service, currently stationed in Metro Sydney. Having spent the first period of her career studying in Queensland and completing her internship in Tweed Heads, she has been afforded the opportunity to become well versed in all variety of pre-hospital environments. Currently undertaking post graduate studies in Tactical Medicine, Britt has a keen interest in the creation and provision of education events to student and graduate paramedics.
