International Paramedic Research Priorities
The aim of this study was to achieve international consensus on the top research priorities for paramedicine. By doing so, our profession should gain a clearer understanding of shared research priorities thereby improving collegial and transnational research. This was achieved by a 3-phase online Delphi / Classic Test Theory study involving paramedics (+ final year undergraduate and graduate research students), academics, researchers, and medical directors (or those directly involved with research and evaluation) from the six regions of the world. The final priorities will be presented by a Confirmatory Factor Analysis.
