This informative session will cover; Australian venomous snakes, their behaviour, snakebite, envenomation and the latest approaches to snakebite first aid. It will also cover how to make your yard and house "snake unfriendly".

Live Snakes are utilised to show snake behaviour and to demonstrate de-escalation techniques

Presented by one of Australia’s most experienced Herpetologists, Geoff Coombe along with Adelaide Snake Catchers (Rudy) and Chris Cotton, Fellow, ACP and Intensive Care Paramedic with SAAS.
