The Debrief - Wellbeing of paramedics (BONUS Episode)

About the podcast

Host: Dr Lisa Clegg

Guests: Matthew Warren-James and Professor Helen Stallman

About this episode:
Paramedicine practice has inherent uncertainty, exposure to trauma, and challenging situations.  What we don’t know is how paramedics cope with all of this.

This podcast discusses coping and introduces a new international research project that is the first of its kind to investigate the wellbeing of paramedics with the individual coping strategies in stressful situations.
