Calling all full-time third-year Bachelor of Paramedicine students in Australia for an exciting research opportunity
If you're a full-time third-year Bachelor of Paramedicine student in Australia, Monash University would like you to take part in its "Paramedic Paediatric Education: The Student Paramedic Perspective" research project.
The aim of the project is to understand student paramedics' perspectives in relation to their preparedness to manage paediatric patients in the prehospital setting.
Participants will be asked to complete a 10-15 minute survey in which they will be asked to discuss their education and experiences with paediatric patients. They will also be invited to participate in a Zoom focus group with peers if they would like to have further in-depth discussion on the topic.
All research activities will be conducted online. This study will be conducted over two years, and participants will be invited to take part in a survey every six months and two repeat annual focus groups.
