As part of our ongoing advocacy and representation work, the College has engaged with Indigenous Allied Health Australia (IAHA), a member-based Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander allied health organisation. IAHA leads sector workforce development and support to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
For Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander paramedics within the College, membership to IAHA is free and provides access to a range of support, including a mentoring program, scholarship and bursary opportunities, member CPD, and other events. Learn more about IAHA membership and join online at https://iaha.com.au/join-now/
IAHA has a partnership with Ngā Pou Mana in Aotearoa.
