February Health and Wellbeing Challenge
This February, join us in our health and wellbeing challenge, and introduce some new habits into your life. The word February comes from the Latin word februa, which means ‘to cleanse’. February was named after Februalia, a month-long Roman festival of purification and atonement that took place at this time of the year.
The challenge is a simple one … visit our member only Healthy Body & Mind Hub and undertake as many activities as you can from 1-28 February.
Activities are around 10 to 20 minutes long, and there are a range of topics you can choose from including medication, exercise, mindfulness and bootcamp.
Prizes
To give you a little more motivation, we also have some fantastic prizes up for grabs.
Winners will be contacted by phone and email and will be announced in The Pulse in March.
