The College is a proud member of the National Rural Health Alliance, and this year’s 9th Rural and Remote Health Scientific Symposium to be held on 20 and 21 June will welcome delegates from the health sector across Australia to help shape the future of rural and remote health research.
It has an exciting line-up of high-profile speakers and a program for delegates to learn, mentor, contribute and network. The Hon Emma McBride MP, Assistant Minister for Rural & Regional Health and Assistant Minister for Mental Health & Suicide Prevention, will address delegates on the first day, followed by Adjunct Professor Ruth Stewart, National Rural Health Commissioner.
John Bruning will also chair a codesign session on Wednesday 21 June. If you’re working in, or interested in, research and rural healthcare, this is an excellent opportunity to build your knowledge and expand your network.
