Paramedic Preceptor Program Information Session

About The Event

Join us for an informative session to explore the Paramedic Preceptor Program and find answers to all your questions! This session will clarify how the program can enhance your preceptor role, with no obligation to enrol. We will explore the features of the four dynamic clusters:

  • Teacher/Coach/Educator

  • Mentor/Role Model

  • Leadership/Influencer

  • Communicator/Socialiser

These clusters are designed around key competencies, aiming to foster confidence, quality, and professionalism in the paramedic preceptor role. All participants will complete two core modules that are common to all clusters:

  • Guiding the Learning of Others

  • Psychology of Learning

Following these modules, you’ll have the opportunity to tailor your own educational journey based on your existing knowledge, strengths, and areas for growth. We’re here to support you every step of the way and provide enhanced opportunities for collaboration with peers and experts through the preceptor hub across Australia and New Zealand. Don’t miss this chance to elevate your mentoring skills and make a significant impact in the paramedic community!
