Phil Townsend

Phil Townsend is the Operational Manager for Emergency Management at St John WA, bringing experience in ambulance operations, service transformation, and emergency response. Phil is dedicated to improving patient care and driving innovation across health services in the emergency management space. He is committed to building strong stakeholder relationships and enhancing the resilience of Western Australia’s emergency health system. A qualified MIMMS instructor with many years in teaching emergency management principles across a diverse workforce including paid and volunteer staff.
