Like it or not, we all have a default personality style. Our styles impact how we lead, how we communicate and ultimately how we handle certain situations. However, our default style may not serve us well in every situation. In the increasingly complicated work landscape, success comes from our ability to adapt and flex our styles, for different people, different situations and even the lifecycle of the business.

For many years people have used the popular DiSC® Assessment and corresponding bird, animal and even celebrity avatars to create connections between the personality styles and a set of common traits. Regardless of your profile preference, these assessments provide an excellent framework to develop self-awareness through understanding how default personality profiles shape behaviour, and specifically, leadership style.

In this highly interactive session, we will guide you through the process of determining your Animal Profile, corresponding HRDQ Leadership style and explore and then explore practical tips and strategies to flex and adapt achieve great outcomes in a variety of situations.
