Leading at the Scene: In-field Clinical Leadership in Paramedicine

About The Event

Paramedicine is a unique profession. One of the elements that makes paramedicine both challenging and rewarding, is that every paramedic will have to become an instant leader at some time. This might be when caring for a critically unwell patient, managing complex chronic health care problems, or seeking alternative care pathways.

How do we rise to the challenges of in-field clinical leadership? What tools can you use to make sure your team works cohesively to achieve the best outcome for our patients? In this session, Dr. Ben Meadley will share key in-field leadership strategies that he has learned through his 25 years of clinical practice and human performance research.

This event will be both in person and live streamed online. A great chance for all to get interactive CPD hours.

Free for all members and non-members.
