ACPIC 2020: Impact of Covid 19 on paramedicine students

In October 2020, ACP was pleased to deliver our first fully online and interactive paramedic conference. The conference attracted over 1100 attendees, 60 speakers and 36 sessions.

Viral epidemics have negative and sometimes extreme impacts on psychological well-being, particularly in health care workers. This session explores the psychological impacts of the COVID 19 pandemic on paramedicine students and the coping strategies utilised by the cohort.

Biography: Dr Cameron Gosling is the current program coordinator for the Monash University Bachelor of Paramedicine. Cameron holds a PhD in injury epidemiology and has research interests in workplace injury, physical capacity evaluations, and Paramedicine education.
