Due to the campaigning of Paramedics Australasia and with support from the AEA, SAAS and private providers, South Australian Health Minister John Hill said on Wednesday 7th March 2012 in The Advertiser (page 9) that he:

Would strongly support a national registration scheme”


“Paramedics are a distinct professional group with a very important role in our health service and they deserve the same recognition as other health professions”
