The National Rural Health Alliance (NRHA) held its annual general meeting today in Canberra. Held as part of a council meeting involving all of the member bodies the AGM was well attended with council members and additional representatives filling the available space.

Paramedics Australasia is a member body of the NRHA and was represented at the council meeting by Peter O’Mera as the chair of the Rural And Remote SIG. Attending the AGM with Peter was Alan Eade (Vice President).

The 32 national organisations in the National Rural Health Alliance work collaboratively to improve the health and wellbeing of people in Australia’s rural and remote areas. You can learn more about the NRHA here:
