The Clinical Team Leader/ Paramedic ICP – Coober Pedy SAAS will ensure the efficient delivery of services through the effective management and leadership of team members to meet a high standard of patient care to the Coober Pedy community. You will ensure the delivery of 'Patient First' pre-hospital care within the SAAS Scope of Practice, inclusive of first nations people, in conjunction with well-established Aboriginal health care services ensuring all clinical standards are achieved in a professional manner within the SAAS Clinical governance framework and Clinical practice guidelines.
You will maintain a consistent effective continuing education and staff development, participate in the continuous quality improvement program, and develop and maintain positive relationships with fellow Team Leaders in allied emergency services, health agencies, internal clients, external clients, and community groups.
