College Annual General Meeting 2023 - Board Election


The College's 2023 Annual General Meeting was held on Friday 27 October.

Reports were provided on the 2022-23 financial year from the College Chair, Ryan Lovett; CEO, John Bruning; and Audit & Risk Committee Chair, Clive Addison. Members were provided the opportunity to ask questions of the Chair, CEO and Audit & Risk Committee Chair.

Members confirmed the appointment of Clive Addison as an Appointed Director for a three year term, and the appointment of Angus Armour as an Appointed Director for a two year term.

Members elected Ryan Lovett and Dr Bill Lord for three year terms.

At the Board meeting following the AGM, the Board elected office-bearers for the next twelve months as follows:

  • Chair - Ryan Lovett
  • Vice Chair - Simone Haigh
  • Audit & Risk Committee Chair - Clive Addison

College Chair, Ryan Lovett, thanked Marty Nichols for his support and contribution in his role as Vice Chair over the previous twelve months, and thanked Simone Haigh for stepping into the role for the next year.
