Managing change when everything else is changing

There are various types of change. Recognising what they are and how we react to or embrace change will enable you to best manage change when it presents itself.

We are all change agents in some capacity and have the potential to impact, or be impacted by change.

In this session we will discuss practical tools and tips for embracing change in the workplace, home life and social environment.

We will discuss some barriers to change, and how to spot the signs early so you can engage, influence and support those around you through these changes.

Specifically, you will gain insights into:

-Recognising the different types of change and appropriate tools you can apply to best handle the change.

-Understanding what’s in your sphere of control when you are experiencing or leading change

-Tips and tricks to help you remain change agile in an ever changing environment, whether in the workplace, home life or social context.
